The Mountaineer Week Arts & Craft Fair is a juried event, held indoors at the Mountainlair Student Union in the heart of WVU's downtown campus. A panel of jurors will select the participants based on cultural qualifications, artistic quality, craft ubiquity and manufacturing criteria. All work must be original. We will not accept buy/sell items. Eligible work includes all media of original fine arts and crafts, prints and edibles.

Application Deadline: Sept. 13

Submit Mr. or Ms. Mountaineer Application The Mr. and Ms. Mountaineer awards honor one male and female WVU student who have a record of academic achievement and extracurricular involvement. to be eligible, WVU undergraduate students must have senior academic status and be enrolled in their last semester by May 2020. Graduate students must be eligible to graduate by May 2020. A letter of recommendation from a WVU faculty or staff member and a $20 entry fee are required.

Submit your nomination here. Nominations will be accepted in the following categories: Most Loyal West Virginian, Most Loyal Alumni Mountaineer, Most Loyal Faculty/Professional Staff Mountaineer, Most Loyal Staff Mountaineer and Mountaineer Spirit Award. Nominees should exemplify faithfulness to the ideals and goals of WVU and to the state of West Virginia. 

Awards will presented Nov. 9, during halftime of the WVU-Texas Tech football game.
