Woodworking Demonstration by Greg Cartwright

Greg Cartwright of Cartwright's Creations will demonstrate how he assembles his pens from turned blanks and offer personalized laser engraving to those who would like to purchase.

Cartwright fashions his pens from woods collected around West Virginia. His wood collection currently stands at approximately 450 different sources, representing 52 of the 55 West Virginia counties. Most are from historic or sentimental structures, including 14 WVU buildings and the one-room school in Upshur County where his father and brother attended.
