Student Submission:
Awarded to Tim Hutchinson, WVU student, won for his ghost story, “The Incident Along Piney Fork.” Tim will be awarded a Kindle for the best overall student submission.
Faculty/Staff/Alumni Submission:
Donna Weems, WVU Alumnus, will receive a plaque for the best overall Faculty/Staff/Alumni submission. She wrote the poem, “Not Far From Where I Live.”
